Customer Care Manager
Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced, friendly, and leadership-oriented professional to join our growing team in our Denver office as Customer Care Manager. In this key role, you’ll lead our customer service operations — overseeing daily client interactions, managing policy questions, claims support, billing, and team performance while building lasting client relationships. This is an excellent in-office leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with room for advancement.
Compensation
$55,000 – $80,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses)
