We’re seeking a motivated Account Representative to drive agency growth by delivering personalized insurance solutions. You’ll connect with new and existing clients, provide expert guidance, and help protect what matters most—while unlocking uncapped earning potential.
What You’ll Do
  • Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options
  • Guide customers through applications, renewals, and service processes
  • Address questions and objections with professionalism and confidence
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in agency systems
  • Identify coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to agency-wide goals

  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience (insurance experience a plus)

Licensing Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license required
  • Not licensed yet? You must be willing to obtain the required license within a set timeframe
  • Licensing support available for qualified candidates
  • Employment is contingent on securing appropriate licensure
