Role Description As an Account Manager, you are at the heart of our agency’s growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be driving sales through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building. You will act as a bridge between our customers and the agency, guiding them to the right insurance products that improve their lives and provide lasting value.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Actively market and sell insurance products to both cold and warm leads, using your knowledge of available products to meet customer needs.
  • Relationship Building Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Policy Reviews Conduct policy reviews with clients, offering recommendations for coverage adjustments and cross-selling other products to meet their evolving needs.
  • Issue Resolution Take ownership of customer concerns and resolve complex issues to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Sales Focus Utilize your passion for sales to meet and exceed set sales targets and contribute to the agency’s growth.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of clients.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A competitive, goal-oriented attitude with a passion for sales and growth.
  • Willingness to Obtain Licenses You will be supported through the process of obtaining your P&C and Life & Health licenses, which are required for the role.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
